University of Michigan School of Nursing

Groundbreaking took place on a new $50 million building for the School of Nursing in April 2013. Leidal & Hart holds a $1.6M masonry contract the 75,000 sf structure that will rise 60 feet into the air.

Project Scope:

• Brick
• precast concrete
• granite panels
• air vapor barrier

Leidal & Hart used 3D imaging software for the estimate. The logistically challenging facility is located on the north side of Ann Arbor. Leidal & Hart will be tasked with finding locations within the site to house their equipment and materials for the project. The new facility will open in the fall of 2015.
